Love is at the centre of countless speeches, desires, dreams, media products, yet it often appears almost a mirage: many of us experience a sense of frustration in relationships and a feeling of a substantial, deep lack of love at the core of our lives.

Relationships are a constant learning and unlearning field. The balance we try to find outside is in synergy with what we have inside, within our inner couple.

Together, we will explore the qualities and energies of the masculine and feminine and their archetypes, the primal couple of mother and father within us, creating inner space to re-signify our view of relationship and thus of ourselves.

After all, the other is me.

The intention of the retreat is to reconnect with your naturalness, with the authentic expression of you and with the wisdom of your body. You are invited to meet yourself exactly where you are, and gently guide yourself in the recognition of your masculine and feminine energies, to feel yourself one, in the flow, with direction, freedom and love.

Meeting your opposite is something that first happens inside you, in your body. You will be invited to practices and rituals to familiarise yourself with your full potential, supported by the group and the facilitators supporting this camp.
